Inalex Trace was written for the unique needs of Inalex service customers, in order to:

1. Track items currently at the Inalex service centre.
2. Track a units history at Inalex.
3. Track the costs of a unit or type of instrument.
4. View the current status of an instrument at Inalex, including on-going comments.
5. Have the ability to comment on, or question the progress of an instrument.
6. Have the ability to add an end user to the instrument for tracking purposes.
7. Add items to, and print, Delivery Notes.
8. Look up current calibration prices for more than 1000 supported instruments.
9. Run complex reports and have the ability to print these.
10. View any items that may have been declared BER.”
